Responsibilities of Institutes
For ensuring effective conduct of CEEF Module I at your college, you are kindly requested to comply with the following requirements:

  • Putting up flex banner or poster at an appropriate place in campus for student information. All marketing material shall be suitably modified for your college and provided by Ceef on request on free of cost basis.
  • Collection of fees from students and couriering the same to Ceef along with the print of application form as filled in by the college.
  • Training room: The room shall be well insulated from outside noise. You may choose auditorium or conference hall for this activity.
  • Training aids:  Basic training aids include white board, marker, charts etc.
  • LCD: You are requested to arrange for LCD for two full days for the days of the In house training at your college.
  • Audio: If possible, you may arrange for collar microphone and speakers in the training room.
  • Technical Assistant: Colleges are encouraged to keep one technical assistant ready for troubleshooting the minor adjustments required in audio and video machines.
  • Conduct of final examination at your college. The final examination is of two hours only and a Ceef representative will be there to supervise the examination.
